This office is a gem . They are efficient , pleasant and take time to explain everything . Dr Do is very caring and takes his time to go over everything . Jenny is amazing . The whole team is gracious and they made my experience very positive .

This is my second update on my dental treatment plan at RenovaSmiles, 2719 Washington Boulevard, Arlington, Virginia, since June 2025 — and I am delighted to report that the entire team continues to be exceptionally organized, and Dr. Do’s work remains outstanding.I had to pause treatment in November and December due to back to back jury summons — one for Grand Jury service and another for a federal court. Nonetheless, when I returned, RenovaSmiles seamlessly resumed the treatment plan they created for me in June 2025. At this stage, we have completed four fillings, two crown bridges, monthly cleanings, and today I had a 3D scan for Invisalign (clear braces).The Front Desk Intake Coordinators continue to operate flawlessly. I am genuinely tickled pink by their professionalism.• Ms. Stephanie’s cheerful phone greeting makes it a pleasure to call the office.• Ms. Mayra patiently helps me understand my payments, especially when my mind wanders into my own way of thinking.• I still seek Mr. Zac’s advice since he was my first point of contact when I was searching for a dental office. I am forever grateful he guided me to RenovaSmiles. His intelligence and clarity during that first call earned my respect, and I continue to trust his guidance on paperwork and procedures.• The office manager, Ms. Luciana, has gone above and beyond by printing detailed visual breakdowns of what my insurance covers and what I am responsible for. Thank goodness for her thoroughness — she made everything easy to understand.When I’m in the reception area and see Ms. Jenny, the hygienist, speaking with the intake team, I bombard her with questions — and she always stops to answer them. Thanks to her education and guidance, I now take much better care of my teeth. I only need to see her every four months instead of three. She taught me the correct way to care for my teeth, and it shows.Lastly, Dr. Do is an outstanding dentist. My mouth looks spectacular. The fillings, crowns, and bridges were all completed without any issues, and I experienced no problems after any procedure. I appreciate how quiet and focused he is while he works, only pausing to ask if I’m okay. His skill and calm demeanor have given me tremendous confidence. I keep a notebook full of questions, and he answers every single one. I may come in with grand ideas, but Dr. Do brings me back down from Mars and explains what is appropriate, realistic, and best for my dental health.I am emotional writing this because Dr. Do has truly transformed my smile. I was a wreck when I first arrived at RenovaSmiles. Now, I feel confident smiling again.Thank you, Dr. Do. This has to be the best dentist spot I’ve ever been to. The front desk is very kind, to the doctors and others in the back. Made myself and mom feel very welcomed and unafraid of going to the dentist. Doctor Robert Lobo took care of my mom and was extremely patient with her. She left feeling no pain at all and very much welcomed during her visit. I was looked by Doctor Francisco Hammond and he was very knowledgeable and made me understand everything during my visit. Very happy to have found this location and currently getting the rest of my family on board here!
