This was my 9 year old's first visit to Renova Smiles. Establishing her as a new patient involved all the traditional paperwork but the friendly and knowledgeable staff made it as painless as possible. Dealing with dental insurance was a first for me and the staff explained all of the options for my own complicated treatment. It was definitely worth the calling about my records and asking to move my children to their location.While we were there a young man came in needing treatment but didn't speak any of the languages the staff speaks. Rather than turn him away, they found an intermediary to translate everything, enabling him to get the care he needed. Great customer service!
