Propietarios y Fundadores
The creation of Renovasmiles began when Doctors Joshua and Eliana Anderson first met in Dental School in Perú. They began dating in 2005 and married in 2007. That same year, Dr. J. Anderson moved to Connecticut because he was accepted and enrolled in The Advanced Education in General Dentistry program at UConn School of Dental Medicine. Dr. E. Anderson also enrolled a year later. In 2008, Dr. Anderson became a fellow in AEGD UConn School of Dental Medicine and a year after, Dr. Eliana became a fellow as well. In 2010, Dr. J. Anderson became a Clinical Instructor in UConn. That same year, their first child Nicholas was born.
As 2011 approached, the Andersons decided to move to Virginia where Joshua would go on to work in private practice and Eliana worked at a Community Health Center.
In 2014, RenovaSmiles opened its first location in Falls Church. The name RenovaSmiles comes from the Andersons’ love of dentistry and their passion for renovating smiles within their community. In March of that same year, they welcomed their second child, Ian.
With growing success in Falls Church, they opened their second location in Woodbridge, VA. This milestone was followed by the birth of their first daughter, Ivana, in 2016.
In 2019, they expanded both their practice and their family again. A third location opened in Manassas, followed by the birth of their fourth child, Aria. In 2020, RenovaSmiles opened its fourth location in Arlington.
The practice continued to grow with the addition of a new office in Franconia, VA, allowing the RenovaSmiles team to serve even more patients throughout Northern Virginia. Most recently, RenovaSmiles expanded again with its newest office in Oakton, VA, continuing the Andersons’ commitment to making high-quality dental care accessible to more communities across the region.
When the Andersons are not at RenovaSmiles caring for their patients, they enjoy spending time together with their children. They prioritize family time and make sure they are there for their kids, whether helping with homework or taking them to extracurricular activities such as taekwondo, soccer, and swimming.
The Anderson family also loves bonding over delicious meals cooked by Joshua and desserts baked by Eliana. They currently reside in Lorton, Virginia.
