Dr. Kim Jingyoung, DMD, is a passionate and skilled general dentist at RenovaSmiles. Originally from South Korea, Dr. Jingyoung moved to the United States to pursue her bachelor’s degree in Biology at Duke University. Afterwards, she continued on to University of Louisville School of Dentistry where she received her degree in dentistry. During her training, Dr. Jingyoung gained a special appreciation for helping the underserved communities with dental care by participating in various community volunteer works.

Nowadays, Dr. Jingyoung finds it an honor and privilege to be a part of a profession she loves, and one which gives her the ability to restore beautiful smiles and confidence in her patients. Moreover, Dr. Jingyoung likes to be updated with continuing education courses in many different aspects of dentistry, with the goal of striving to become a well-rounded general and cosmetic dentist. As part of her work, she performs restorative dentistry including fillings, crowns, veneers, as well as tooth extractions, root canals, complete and partial dentures, and orthodontics (Dr. Jingyoung is certified in invisalign).

Outside of work, Dr. Jingyoung loves to hike, watch movies, play the piano, and eat a lot of good foods with friends and family.
