Mostly positive reviews for them. Great check-in, great hygienist (Louise), and great dentist (Dr Do). Only issue was with check-out. Front desk person could not effectively explain the details of the "Treatment Plan" and the so-called "discounts" offered for the services recommended. After growing frustrated with their unsuccessful attempt to explain after several attempts, I asked to speak to someone else. They went to get their "supervisor". After waiting for an extended period of time with them not returning, I gave up and left. First time I've had a problem since starting with them three years ago. Hopefully this was just and aberration.

Nice doctor nice people they are real professional my teeth feel good I still got some deep cleaning to do but they going to take care of that for me too just a wonderful group of doctors and nurses I would recommend everybody in the region go to visit

Overall, I had a good visit, but the experience didn't quite match the branding. Renovasmiles’ marketing materials feature photos of very modern offices with high-tech equipment, but the Franconia location I visited today didn't reflect that. The office felt a bit chaotic, and the technology seemed dated compared to the ads—the staff struggled to get the X-ray machine working, which added a significant delay to the appointment. Since this was my first visit, I’m not sure if this is standard for this location, but the reality was definitely different from the image presented online.
